Agreement to these terms
These terms (an end-user license agreement for our site and partner portal) are between you and Oryn Biologix LLC (“Oryn”). By using orynbiologix.com or the partner portal you agree to them. Wholesale purchasing is additionally governed by the executed distribution, assumption-of-risk, and indemnification agreement signed at account activation; if the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.
Professional accounts
The portal is for verified businesses only. Accounts are provisioned by Oryn; you are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the signed agreement.
Products — research use only
All products are supplied for research use only. They are not drugs, are not approved by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Oryn provides sourcing, purity, and testing information only and makes no clinical claims. Purchasers are solely responsible for lawful handling and use and for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to their business.
Orders, pricing & payment
Prices, volume tiers, and catalog contents may change without notice; an order is accepted when confirmed in the portal. Payment is due per the method selected at checkout (wire, crypto, or card invoice). Card payments may carry a processing fee shown before you place the order. Orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed. Invoices for card orders are issued through Intuit QuickBooks.
Intellectual property & acceptable use
The site, portal, catalog, and all content are Oryn's property or licensed to it. You may not scrape, resell access to, reverse engineer, or misuse the service, and you may not use portal pricing or content to misrepresent Oryn products.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The site and portal are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryn's total liability arising from the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim, and Oryn is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Product-specific risk allocation is set out in the signed distribution agreement.
